Evergreen Academy, thru the Foundation for Behavioral Resources, is seeking an educational leader to function as K-7 Principal & Instructional Leader.

  • Be an effective communicator with all stakeholder groups
  • Have knowledge of effective teaching practices
  • Hire and evaluate school staff
  • Develop and implement school policy and procedure
  • Manage school budget to meet desired goals


  • Master’s Degree with an emphasis in educational leadership, school administration, curriculum supervision and/or related fields
  • Must possess a valid Michigan teaching certificate and be eligible for Michigan administrative certification
  • Current administrative certification preferred, or in process of attaining administrative certification
  • Minimum of 5 years successful teaching experience
  • Minimum 2 years of principal or assistant experience preferred

Compensation:   Full time position - salary commensurate with experience, full benefit package
