POSITION: Full-Time School Psychologist


Michigan School Psychologist Certificate or
Preliminary School Psychologist Certificate or
Fully Licensed Psychologist by Michigan Department
of Licensing and Regulatory Affairs (LARA)

 Utilize a variety of assessment techniques to evaluate academic, cognitive and behavioral skills to provide comprehensive evaluations/re-evaluations and collaborate with IEP teams to determine eligibility and programming services of students with special needs
 Interpret test results and prepare psychological reports for teachers, administrators and parents
 Collaborate with school personnel in data review and systematic problem solving for students in general education and special education
 Participate in and provide ISD/LEA Professional Development (Multi-Tiered System of Supports, Positive Behavioral Interventions and Supports)
 Consult with teachers, parents, and administrators about learning and behavior interventions
 Support student instruction (identify evidence-supported interventions, assist staff with implementing accommodations and modifications, foster use of differentiated instruction, access assistive technology supports)
 Partner and communicate with families and agencies to provide integrated community services focusing on psychosocial wellness, educational and mental health issues for students
Other duties as requested by the Supervisor or Director of Special Education

SALARY/BENEFITS: Salary and benefits provided as per the Master Agreement
